WHILE OTHER COMPANIES WARRANTY FAILURE, WE GUARANTEE QUALITY

When you purchase a Go Rhino Public Safety product, you’ll enjoy peace of mind knowing your product is warranted against manufacturing defects in finish, material and workmanship for a period of three years from the date of purchase. We offer this industry-leading warranty because we believe in our quality, craftsmanship, and most importantly, our dedicated team.

This warranty covers the cost of the product during its proper and intended use, and does not include the cost of removal, installation, or shipping of the product. Only unaltered and unmodified items and original workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of finishes and materials over extended time and use
  • Alteration, misuse, mishandling, accident or collision, negligence and neglect and improper care
  • Exposed welds, improper application and / or damage due to improper installation
  • Use of the product with other third-party product(s) that fail
  • Flood, chemical fallout, salt, hail, or other environmental conditions, including natural disasters.
  • Labor, installation labor, third party alterations, such as custom paint and/or finish
  • Towing, and rental car charges

Finish Warranty covers peeling, flaking, or cracking. It is the customer’s responsibility to clean product regularly with a nonabrasive polish that is compatible with the finish. If your product fails due to a finish defect, we will, at our discretion, repair it without charge, or replace it. Proof of purchase and photos of the damage may be required to better understand the issue and assist in addressing it. All shipping charges due to a finish warranty are the responsibility of the purchaser / owner.

All warranty returns must be accompanied by an RGA number. Warranty claims must be accompanied with the original invoice and photos of the product. The RGA number must be clearly marked on the exterior of the return package. All approved warranty returns must be shipped to the address specified on the RGA form assigned by our Customer Service department.Go Rhino is not responsible for lost inbound or outbound packages.

This warranty does not cover incidental, consequential, indirect, or special damages. This warranty represents the total liability of Go Rhino Public Safety for any product to which it applies. Go Rhino Public Safety makes no other warranties or representations of any kind whatsoever, expressed or implied, and all implied warranties including any warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are hereby disclaimed. Some states, provinces and nations do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state, province to province, nation to nation.
